You're invited to special order custom hand forged knives made by Padre (Mike) & Coyote Woman (Debbie) at their remote log home in the mountains of North Idaho.

Special Order for Gifts, Personal Use, and Collections

Special Order... 1/2 down at time of order, schedules you in line on "order board". The balance is due upon completion of your knife. If not recieved within 30 days (unless you contact us w/delay explanation), we will put your knife up for sale. After the knife is sold, you'll recieve 70% your your deposit. Shipping & Handling, $15 minimum. Please allow 6 to 8 months delivery. Production time may vary depending on current workload in shop. Just Ask!

 

Insepection period... Your knife will be mailed upon reciept of the balance due, which will be held pending your inspection. Once your knife arrives, please let us know, as your seven calendar day inspection period starts then. This period is to allow you (the customer) to evaluate the knife and ensure you are 100% satisfied, it does not include use. If we do not hear from you by the end of seven calendar days, we will assume you are satisfied with your knife.

 

Your Guarantee... If you are not 100% satisfied with your knife during the inspection period, return the knife for a complete refund (less shipping & insurance). Workmanship guarantee covers repair or replacement of a knife that may fail during normal use. Basically, I will work to make it right with you. This does not cover misuse or abuse of your knife, misuse or abuse will void guarantee.

 

Custom Special Orders... Customer designs will be considered under certain conditions:

  1. A final full size sketch agreed upon by both myself & customer.
  2. Your right of inspection applies only to workmanship and not to the design of the knife. There will be no refund, as it may be difficult to resell a special customer design.
  3. My workmanship guarantee applies...
